"An invisible being, entering human life to add "undefined joyful aspects, and create moments gray becomes mediteranean blue, and black turns into light by something science has yet to discover..." as described by Perfumer Paul Vacher
Le Galion Perfume House was originally in a mansion house in Paris, and from the depths of this remarkable laboratory emerged many timeless creations that have defined the brand's unique legacy.
It was in this peaceful and elegant atmosphere that the formulas and products were developed and the fragrances packaged. It was a unique place where one was able to smell “rare and exotic” aromas filling the air.
Originally launched in 1930 by Prince Murat, the house was bought by talented perfumer Paul Vacher in 1935. He thought it was time to branch out on his own, after creating and working with several illustrious brands in the past. In 1936, his perfume Sortilège became an immediate success and remains one of the jewels of the house.

This Aldehydic-Floral scent exemplifies classic french perfumery and its know how.
In the late 1930s, he followed up with Bourrasque, Brumes and the beautiful floral fragrances Iris and Tubéreuse. All of his fragrances were produced from the finest, natural, and raw ingredients.
But this once glorious perfume house, Le Galion, has faded from our memory and consigned to the past however more than 30 years later, like the phoenix, Le Galion Perfume House is reborn from the ashes. Back are the original, exceptional, fiery and subtle fragrances - rare luxury and refined creations.
